Ubisoft decided to bring back Assassin’s Creed Mirage and released one new screenshot, which depicts the main character attacking a guard.

The fresh image brings back memories of the very first installment that started the franchise. The new frame repeats the screenshot of the 2007 game.

According to the developers, Mirage will be similar to the first Assassin’s Creed. The game is set in Baghdad and follows the story of young Basim ibn Ishaq from Valhalla, who is about to become a master assassin. The project will be released in 2023 for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.

Earlier, an insider reported that the Mirage will be released in August of next year.
