Composer Bear McCreery played the dwarf Rab in God of War Ragnarok.

Of course, he’s not just a dwarf, he’s a musical dwarf. And a great lover of the lyre.

Composer Bear McCreery, who worked on the soundtracks for the final installments of God of War, can be found in God of War Ragnarok. In his Twitter account, McCreery said he played the dwarf Rab, one of the residents of Svartalvheim.

Reb is the local tavern owner and, of course, a musician; he’s friends with Durin and dislikes Mimir. The role of Reb, the composer jokes, was the crowning achievement of his acting career. This isn’t the first time McCreery has appeared in a shot.

Meet Rob, the dark-skinned dwarf and virtuoso of the wheel lyre (the pinnacle of my acting career!).

Beara’s portfolio includes recurring roles in the horror film The Nanny, the Queen of the Damned, and the Star Cruiser Galaxy series. McCreery also played a zombie in the movie Evil Video Game Asshole: The Movie.

In addition, Bear posted a couple of photos from the motion capture studio and with a fellow cast member. The second photo shows McCreery with Christopher Judge, who plays Kratos.
