Chocobo GP was released on the Nintendo Switch in March of this year.

Square Enix announced that it will no longer support Chocobo GP, the racing spin-off of Final Fantasy, which was released on the Nintendo Switch in March of this year.

The game was offered at launch for a full price of $49.99 and as a free Lite version with limited content and features.

The show just started its fifth season, but it’s the last. The in-game currency Mythril is no longer available for purchase, and any already purchased must be spent by June 1, 2023, after which it will become invalid.

It is noted that Chocobo GP will continue to operate after the end of the fifth season, however, will not receive large-scale updates, for example, with new characters or tracks.
