The Selaco demo was released this summer, but this update is more than just a bug fix.

Ambitious shooter Selaco received a major demo update that allows you to immerse yourself in the immersive world. The game mixes elements of both retro shooters and modern games, and is powered by the GZDoom engine. Among the developers’ inspirations are Quake, Doom, and F.E.A.R.

The original Selaco demo was released this summer, but this update is more than just a bug fix. This version has a better feel for the F.E.A.R. effect, allowing enemies to know the player’s location, take into account the locations of their comrades, and try to work together.

The update also changes the lighting almost completely, adds new rooms, partially re-engineered the collisions to improve the tempo, adds new effects, and much more.

You can download the demo on Steam. There is no release date for the full version of Selaco yet.
