James Cameron plans to show the back side of the Na’vi, the indigenous people of Pandora, fighting off the colonists on Earth. In the first two films, Cameron explains in an interview with 20 minutes, the audience saw the bad sides of the people and the good sides of the na’vi, in the third part it will not be like that.

[Avatar 3] explores cultures different from the ones I’ve shown you. The fire will be represented by the “people of ash”. I used to show only the good side of Na’vi, but I wanted to show Na’vi from a different perspective.

In the first films, there are very positive examples of the Na’vi and very negative examples of people. In Avatar 3, we’re going to do the opposite.

In the third film, Cameron promises to continue introducing audiences to new worlds while developing the storyline of the main characters of Avatar. The director believes that the last parts of the franchise were particularly successful.

I can tell you that the last few episodes will be the best. Others were introductions, we set the table before the main course was served.

Avatar 3 is already in post-production. The third part of Avatar will not be released before December 2024.
