Rosario Dawson’s character will go in search of Ezra Bridger and face off against Grand Admiral Traun.

The upcoming Disney+ series Ahsoka will debut two new characters, one of whom is rumored to be a former Jedi Master.

Rumor has it that Rosario Dawson’s character will go in search of Ezra Bridger and face off against Grand Admiral Traun. The series also explores the identities of other characters, among them Hera Sindulla (Elizabeth Winstead) and the Sisters of the Night.

Now Making Star Wars has two more characters. Ivanna Sachno, known for her role in the film The Spy Who Shagged Me, will play a Force-sensitive heroine named Shin.

Shin will be apprenticed to a character code-named Babylon, who is rumored to be a former Jedi Master who is now serving as a replacement for Trawn. Shin will be a user of the Dark Side Force, associated with the Sisters of the Night, a group of witches from Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Babylon, who may be played by Ray Stevenson, is reportedly a Jedi who survived Order 66 and escaped to unknown regions of space. Later, the character would be “corrupted” by the dark side during his time in unknown regions, which could have been played by the Sisters of the Night.

The story of Asoka takes place at approximately the same time as Mandalore, i.e. after the events of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

The show is expected to premiere in 2023 on Disney+.
