Dead Space Remake is released on January 27 exclusively for Xbox Series X and Xbox 360 and PlayStation 5 and PC.

IGN continues to exclusively showcase the Dead Space remake as part of its December IGN First feature.

After the first 15 minutes, the journalists published another demonstration. This time, the opening footage was compared to the original 2008 horror film to show the graphic changes.

The remake may seem very familiar when viewed from the outside, but when you compare it directly, it’s a big step forward visually. The graphics, but also the staging of some of the cutscenes and individual details were updated. For example, characters that were previously only seen in the recordings are now present as full-fledged holograms on the levels.

In the comments below the video, players note how well the original is preserved, but call the graphical update of the remake really impressive.
