Metal Gear Solid creator Hideo Kojima is working on a new Xbox game.
However, in an IGN interview this week, Kojima opened up a bit and revealed the first details. He said it was an unusual project he had been thinking about for years.
Here is a little of what he said:.
“I’ve been thinking about it for five or six years. The project required infrastructure that hadn’t been used before,” he says. “I talked to various large companies and gave presentations, but they seemed to think I was crazy. Eventually, Microsoft got me, and now we’re working together on a project”
Kojima also mentioned in an interview that he gets bored quickly, stating that “technologies that are used today may not be used tomorrow, and he is interested in introducing something new”.
That’s all the information that the developers have shared so far. This summer, it was confirmed that the project would be an Xbox game like no one has ever seen before, using cloud technology.
