Sony doesn’t seem to filter the videos that appear on the console interface.

I think it’s time Sony put a filter on the video.

The last few weeks before the release of God of War Ragnarok were accompanied by numerous leaks: people who already had the game actively posted videos with plot spoilers. Avoiding them was not easy.

Some players, PushSquare writes, were spoiled by the PlayStation 5. The thing is, the God of War Ragnarok page on the console interface shows YouTube videos related to the game, and at one point there were a lot of spoiler videos in between.

Sony doesn’t seem to filter the videos that appear on the console interface. You can’t set filters yourself, but you can ask the PlayStation 5 to not track certain games.

You can do this from the tab settings as well as from the PlayStation 5 settings you need the Saved data menu.

While the developers of God of War Ragnarok have repeatedly condemned the spoiler leaks, neither Sony Santa Monica nor Sony has commented on their sources. It is believed that the game was simply distributed to too many streamers before release.
