Aquatico will be available on January 12, 2023 on Steam and EGS.

Digital Reef Games has announced the release date of the Aquatico underwater city-building simulator. The game will be available on January 12, 2023 on Steam and EGS. It was originally scheduled to be released in the third quarter of this year. The authors also released a video demonstrating the game’s basic mechanics.

In Aquatico, players find themselves in a future where the planet’s resources have been depleted and the surface has become a barren wasteland. To survive, the humans decided to build an underwater city. Players will explore different biomes, seek out resources, and manage the settlement while guarding against predators.

To run the game, you will need at least a PC with Windows 10 (64-bit), AMD Ryzen 3 1200 (or Intel Core i5-3470), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 (or AMD Radeon RX 560), 8 GB of RAM and 10 GB of free space on an SSD or HDD.

A free demo of Aquatico is now available on Steam.
