The events of Eternals have not been directly connected to any Marvel Universe project, which was odd considering what happened in it.
Fans have been pointing out the “story holes” for over a year, and some even believe that the studio has decided to forget about it after poor box office performance and mixed reviews. But it’s not.
What happened in The Eternals could have an impact on the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Tiamut’s marble celestial will lay the foundation for the emergence of mutants.
According to insider Daniel Richtman, a few years after the Eternals ended, the place became an island. That’s where the Thunderbolt team will go to find the adamanthium. The island would later become home to a mutant race known as the Genosha.
It is also reported that the villain Hyperion has been replaced by the Clockwork Man, who is introduced as a member of the squad. He’ll hear voices and go crazy throughout the movie.
The Thunderbirds will be released in theaters on July 26, 2024.
