Microsoft is planning to acquire a popular online cinema in 2023.

It looks like Microsoft will be buying again soon this time the company intends to take over Netflix.

According to Reuters, Microsoft is planning to acquire a popular online cinema in 2023, which has been losing ground recently. The deal is not yet publicly disclosed, but is believed to be worth $190 billion, compared to Activision Blizzard’s $68.7 billion bid.

Supporting this rumor is the fact that Microsoft president Brad Smith is on the board of directors of Netflix. In addition, a $3 cheaper option is planned to be added to the existing Xbox Game Pass list of tariffs in the near future. The low cost is due to the pre-launch ads, so Netflix will fit in perfectly with the new subscription option.
